As a born and raised Calgarian I have had my whole life to get to know Calgary, and since 2006, have had the time to really learn the ins-and-outs of the Calgary Real Estate market. Throughout my 15+ years as a Realtor I have had the honor of winning multiple awards for my work, including my Top Producer award. The most difficult thing about selling your home is being objective about what your home has to offer a buyer. Sit down and try to think like someone who is considering buying your home and try to see it through their eyes. Look for all of the "character" things that make this house your home and try to think if these things would be an advantage or a disadvantage to someone new.
